This is an apartment building we painted in East St. Kilda. It is a large building which required substantial preparation and extensive organisation and planning to keep the project on track and to minimise disruption to the residents. These two photos are of a large home we painted in Brighton. We painted the outside which was in quite poor condition and required a lot of preparation. The house had a few cracks in the walls so we used a membrane paint which stretches to help keep the cracks together.

This photo is from a house we painted in Mentone prior to sale. We painted the full interior which required significant preparation and we also painted exterior windows.

This photo is of a fantastic period home in Hampton.  We washed down and electric sanded prior to painting. Timber usually requires a reasonable amount of preparation to cope with the sun, wind and rain. Our aim is to deliver a durable finish as we provide a 5-year warranty on our painting.
