Our brief was to change the colour scheme in one part of the restaurant and repaint in existing colours in other parts. This is a beautiful heritage building with many ornate features that required intricate work.

We have painted many commercial premises from small shops and offices through to large commercial buildings incorporating factories and offices. Most of our interior commercial painting involves repainting office tenancies through to repaints of retirement centres, schools and community premises such as refuges and churches.

When working inside we are mindful of your staff and third parties and do our best to keep noise and disruption to a minimum. We will discuss paints to be used prior to commencement to ensure paint fumes will not be an issue or where oil-based paints must be used we will work out a plan with you to minimise fumes eg paint these items late in the afternoon or during a weekend.

We prepare a Safe Work Method Statement to plan for the works to minimise accidents and wet paint on clothing eg we will plan to rope off areas we are painting to prevent access by your staff and third parties.

Where busy areas such as reception or open plan offices are being painted we may schedule to paint these on a weekend to minimise disruption.
