We received this 2022 painting award for the painting of this beautiful heritage home in Ormond. We have included before and after shots for you. The quality preparation and painting, together with the new modern colour scheme, have really lifted this home from heavy and dark to light and airy. This photo shows the exterior of a house we painted in Mentone. We painted the interior and the exterior windows. Most of the exterior windows are steel and we sprayed the more modern ones to match the new windows and doors.

These 2 interior photos are from the above house in Mentone. We painted the interior throughout and undertook significant preparation, including filling, gapping and skim coating some surfaces.

These are photos from a large 2-storey house we painted in Beaumaris. Like most of the houses we paint, significant preparation was required, including pressure washing, filling, gapping, electric sanding and undercoating in some areas. We used scaffolding in one area and a mobile scaffold on another side of the house. The rest of the painting was completed from ladders.

Painters Mentone — These 2 photos are from a house in Beaumaris. It was an extension and renovation and, over a few years, we painted both the interior and exterior. The photos show that the house is modern and 2-storey. We used a boom and scaffolding for some of the exterior painting due to the difficult access. Painter Mentone — This photo is from a house in Brighton. We painted most of the interior of this beautiful home. It was transformed from a cream and yellow colour scheme to this clean white palette. Mentone 3194

Mentone is a bayside suburb approximately 21kms south-east of the Melbourne CBD and is part of the City of Kingston. It has a population of over 11,000 people and is located on Port Phillip Bay.

Mentone is named after the former Italian and French resort town of Menton. Many of its streets have Italian names, including Florence, Milan and Venice streets.

Mentone is known for its beaches and is situated between Beaumaris, Cheltenham and Parkdale.
