We received this 2022 painting award for the painting of this beautiful heritage home in Ormond.  We have included before and after shots for you. The quality preparation and painting together with the new modern colour scheme have really lifted this home from heavy and dark (see below) to light and airy. This photo is of an apartment block in East St. Kilda. It a large apartment block. We sprayed most of the walls and we used scaffolding and booms to access the high areas. We were awarded a painting award in 2017 for this project. To see more photos of this project and others please click here.

This photo shows the exterior of a house we painted in Mentone. We painted both the inside and exterior windows. Most of the exterior windows are steel and the more modern ones we sprayed to match new windows and doors.

These 2 interior photos are from the above house in Mentone. We painted the interior throughout and undertook significant preparation filling and gapping and skim coating some surfaces. 

These two photos are from a house in Beaumaris. It was an extension/renovation and over a few years we painted both the interior and exterior. The photos show the house is modern and 2-storey. We used a boom and scaffolding for some of the exterior painting due to the difficult access. The interior is painted in a white colour palette with splashes of colour here and there. This photo is from a house in Brighton. We painted most of the interior of this beautiful home. It was transformed from a cream/yellow colour scheme to this clean white palette. Mentone 3194

Mentone is a bayside suburb some 21kms south-east of the Melbourne CBD and is part of the City of Kingston. It has a population of over 11,000 and is located on Port Phillip Bay. Mentone is named after the former Italian/French resort town “Menton”. Many of its streets have Italian names including Florence, Milan and Venice Streets. Mentone is known for its beaches and is situated between Beaumaris, Cheltenham and Parkdale.
