The above photos are from a new home we painted in Alphington which is only 4kms from Kew. We painted both the interior and exterior of the gorgeous property and were awarded Winner of our category for the project by Master Painters Assn in 2018. This photo is of the Melbourne Athenaeum. This was a complex project as the building hadn’t been painted for such a long time and there was alot of detailing involved. We received an Excellence in Painting Award in 2016 in recognition of the preparation and finish we achieved – for more information please click here.
Photos of a large 2-storey home we painted in Kew. Substantial preparation was required including pressure washing, electric sanding, filling and organising our carpenter to replace rotten timber. Access was a little tricky so we used scaffolding in some areas.
This photo is of a classic period style terrace. This is located in Port Melbourne. There are many terraces in Abbotsford similar to this. As you can see from this photo there is quite a lot of detailed painting required with the lacework and ornate render work. We have painted many houses like this and understand the preparation requirements of these older style homes.
Photos of a lovely Victorian home we painted in Hawthorn following a major renovation. As expected we completed alot of preparation both inside and outside. For the exterior we painted in Classic Cream and Manor Red and inside we used Antique White USA for the walls and woodwork.
Our final shot is from Jacques Reymond Restaurant in Prahran. Like the Melbourne Athenaeum this is another beautiful heritage building. We have painted some of the exterior and all of the interior at different times over the years. There are many ornate features in this building as can be seen from the image.
