We received this 2022 painting award for the painting of this beautiful heritage home in Altona. We have included a before and after shot for you. The significant preparation and painting together with the new modern colour scheme have really lifted this home from heavy and dark (see below) to light and airy. We completed substantial preparation including stripping of some paint and oil undercoated alot of the timber prior to painting. We received this award for the preparation and painting of the Athenaeum Theatre in Melbourne CBD. We painted the front facade which hadn’t been painted for many years and was in fairly poor condition. For more information please view our Projects Page here
This is a large weatherboard home we painted in Newport. We painted both the interior and exterior. We used scaffolding to access the 2nd-storey areas and undertook all the usual preparation including pressure washing, electric sanding, filling and gapping.
Before and after shots of a beautiful heritage home we painted in Newport. Significant preparation including paint stripping was required. The updated colours look fantastic and have really updated this house.
Before – these 2 shots are the before and after photos of a house we painted in Williamstown. The house was almost derelict and our client replaced alot of timber, the front fretwork and fence. We undertook significant preparation on the remaining surfaces and prepared the house following our lead paint removal protocols to protect our client, neighbours and painters from the dangers of lead dust.
This photo is of a period home in Spotswood where we painted both the interior and exterior. As with this type of home we undertook a lot of preparation filling cracks inside and electric sanding and filling timber on the exterior.
This photo is from a stunning period home we painted in Williamstown. It has high ceilings and alot of ornate features including cornices, roses and woodwork.
