This photo is of an apartment building we painted in East St. Kilda. It is a large building requiring extensive organisation and planning to keep the project on track and to minimise disruption to the residents. There was significant preparation required. The following two photos are from an interior we painted in Windsor.
It is a period duplex that has been renovated as can be seen from the lounge shot.
The bedroom still has the lovely period fireplace whilst the lounge has been opened up to the deck. We also painted the exterior windows and doors.
This is the rear townhouse of a group of 3 we painted in Windsor. Being render the units were relatively straightforward to paint.
Our final photo is a large apartment block we painted in East St. Kilda. We used a boom and scaffolding to access the high areas and painted the underground car park and all balcony areas. With any of these types of projects communication is the key to success. We ensure we keep the residents up to date with the painting schedule so everyone knows what’s happening.

Windsor 3181
Windsor, named after Winsdor in Berkshire, England is an inner city Melbourne suburb located 5kms from the CBD. It is part of the City of Stonnington and has a population of 7,000.
Windsor is located next to Prahran and was originally called Prahran South until 1891.
There are many landmarks in Windsor including the historic Presentation Convent (now a secondary school), the Stonnington Primary School, old post office, Telstra exchange tower and a campus of Swinburne University.
Windsor’s surrounding suburbs are South Yarra, Prahran, East St. Kilda, St. Kilda and Albert Park.
