The photo is of an apartment building we painted in St. Kilda East. It is a large building which we used scaffolding and booms to access the high areas. Often the most complex parts of these types of projects is working with the power company to ensure we meet the regulations and everyone on-site is safe. Also communicating with residents to ensure everyone knows what is happening is important. We were awarded an Excellence in Painting Award in 2017 for this project. This photo is of an older period style apartment in Prahran. We painted the entire apartment and completed preparation including filling, gapping and sanding.
This photo is of a townhouse that is part of a 3-unit townhouse development we painted. This is an example of a modern townhouse in Prahran. These properties are generally quite straightforward to paint as there is no lacework and the buildings are relatively new.
This photo is of a 2-storey terrace in Prahran. We painted the exterior using a boom to access the high areas. These type of properties usually require quite a lot of preparation due to their age and ornate features.
The last three photos are from Jacques Reymond Restaurant located in Prahran. This is a beautiful ornate building that required a lot of detail painting and a high standard of finish to fit the expectations of such a highly regarded restaurant. We have painted the restaurant many times over the years, mainly to maintain the paintwork so the restaurant always looked fresh and clean.

Prahran 3181
Prahran is located 5kms south-east from the Melbourne CBD. It is an inner city suburb with a population of 11,000 and is part of the City of Stonnington.
Prahran was named in 1837 from 2 aboriginal words Pur-ra-ran, meaning “land partially surrounded by water”. This was due to its proximity to the Yarra River and a swamp now known as Albert park Lake.
Prahran’s main landmark is the Chapel St shopping precinct renowned for fashion, cafes, clubs and restaurants. This shopping area was developed during the 1890’s early 1900’s and became the shopping and entertainment centre of Melbourne.
Prahran’s surrounding suburbs are Melbourne CBD, South Yarra, Toorak, Armadale, East St. Kilda, Windsor and St. Kilda.
