The 2020 Award is for the painting of this fabulous 2-storey home in Ormond. The Before shot is below and as you can see the transformation is amazing and our client is so happy. We pressure washed, stripped some paint, and filled and sanded prior to painting to achieve this result. We painted a few rooms inside as well.
The above photos are of the Malvern Heart Centre. We painted both the inside and outside following the renovation of this iconic building in Malvern East. This photo is of a 2-storey home we painted in Black Rock. We used a boom to paint the high areas at the front and painted everything else from ladders. It was fairly straightforward to paint as the render was in good condition.
This photo is of another gorgeous home in Black Rock. We painted this initially when it was renovated and we painted the interior and the new parts of the exterior. Our client called us back later to paint the original exterior of the house – mainly the front and sides.

Black Rock is a small bayside suburb of Melbourne with a population of approx. 6,000 people. It is located approx. 18kms from the CBD and is part of the City of Bayside. Black Rock was named after Black Rock House which was built by Charles Ebden in 1856. Charles Ebden was a pastoralist, businessman and parliamentarian representing the seat of Brighton. The name “Black Rock” originates from Dublin.
Black Rock has very popular beaches and is home to the Black Rock Yacht Club, the sunken HMVS Cerberus which is popular for divers and protects the breakwater at Half Moon Bay, the Black Rock Clock Tower and the world renowned Royal Metropolitan Golf Club.
