We painted this lovely 2-storey heritage home with many ornate and original features during 2021 – please see the before and after shots below.

As it was in quite poor condition we stripped fascias, weatherboards and windows where required and then oil undercoated all bare timber, fascias, fretwork, windows & doors.

Due to the age of the property we assumed there was lead paint underneath and followed our lead paint procedures when stripping paint and for general preparation.

We assisted with colour selection to get the right shade of grey and off-white, Ash Grey (Haymes) for the weatherboards and Lexicon Half (Dulux) for the trim.
