We received the above award for the painting of this fabulous 2-storey home in Kew. Substantial preparation was required as well as scaffolding for the 2nd-storey and organising of the power company to cover the power line.

This photo is of a weatherboard house we painted in Surrey Hills. There are many weatherboard homes in Glen Waverley and Mt Waverley. We generally undertake quite a bit of preparation on weatherboard homes including pressure washing, electric sanding, filling and gapping prior to painting.

Glen Waverley was settled in the mid 1800’s as Black Flat and renamed Glen Waverley in 1921.

Mt Waverley is a Melbourne suburb located approx. 16kms south-east from the CBD and is part of the City of Monash. It’s population in 2011 was about 33,000 people.
Mt Waverley is known for it’s heritage houses and was a new housing estate in the 1930’s. Due to the Great Depression houses didn’t start to be built until the 1950’s.
