These two photos are from an art-deco apartment in East St. Kilda. You can see here there a re many ornate features. More preparation is generally required with these style of apartments than with modern apartments in Docklands which are much more streamlined.

Docklands 3008
Docklands is an inner city suburb in Melbourne on the edge of the CBD. It fronts the Yarra River and Victoria Harbour and has a growing population of over 5,000.
