The above photos are of a fabulous home we painted in Clifton Hill. This was a very complex project due to the power, height, working with other trades and council requirements. There was also significant preparation required as the house hadn’t been painted for many years. We organized a carpenter and roof plumbers and managed them as part of the project. We also managed obtaining power company and council permits as well as organizing scaffolding. You can see the poor condition of the house prior to painting and how fabulous it looks after painting – it looks amazing now and needless to say our client is extremely happy!
This photo is of a modern townhouse complex in Clifton Hill consisting of 5 (2-storey) townhouses. The render had rust showing through so we had to undercoat all walls prior to painting. There was also some render repair work required. We used a boom to access most of the high areas. This is the before shot.
Once again the transformation from the old blue and pink colour scheme to the modern charcoal/grey colour palette is incredible.
This interior photo is from a townhouse in the above complex. We painted this townhouse first and our client was so happy he recommended us to the other owners when it came time to paint the exterior of the complex. As you can see the interior is very modern with large open spaces. It was straightforward to paint due it’s age and condition.
The above two photos are from the same house in Clifton Hill. We have painted this home a few times over the years. Our client would call us back whenever another room was ready to paint and we also painted the exterior which is this photo here. As you can see from the photos the house is a period home constructed of render. It has high ceilings and ornate features.
These types of homes generally require more preparation than modern homes due to the solid ceilings and walls which tend to crack with movement.

Clifton Hill 3068
Clifton Hill is an inner suburb of Melbourne located 4kms north-east of the CBD. It is in the City of Yarra and has a population of approx. 6,000 people.
Clifton Hill was named after Clifton Farm, one of the first properties in the area.
