We painted both the interior and exterior of this home over a number of years. Our clients would renovate an area and we would then paint it. The photos show the house to be modern on the inside and an older style on the outside.
The next shot is of another house we painted in Balwyn. Being brick we painted the fascias, gutters, eaves, windows and doors.

Balwyn 3103
Balwyn is a Melbourne suburb located 10 kms east of the CBD. It is part of the city of Boroondara with a population of over 15,000. Balwyn was named after a house built by Andrew Murray in the late 1850’s which overlooked Canterbury Gardens and is now part of Fintona Girls’ School. He named his house Balwyn meaning “the home of the vine”.
Balwyn is situated between Canterbury, Mont Albert, Kew and Balwyn North.

Balwyn North as the name implies is located next to Balwyn some 11 kms east of the Melbourne CBD and is part of the City of Boroondara. It is a large suburb with a population of over 20,000 people. North Balwyn was one of the first suburbs in Melbourne to be developed as a residential area with few business areas and quiet residential streets for family homes. North Balwyn is also known as Bellevue which is in the north-west of the suburb and Greythorn in the south-east. It is very popular as it has a lot of parklands in the area or close by.
Balwyn North is bordered by Balwyn, Doncaster, Mont Albert North, Kew, Ivanhoe and Bulleen.
